Rod Glover’s exploration of art began at an early age, but during his university education he began study in a fiber arts program specializing in weaving and hand-made paper. These academic experiences led to the discovery of sculpture, assemblage and collage.
Since 2001, Rod has explored painting and mixed media showing locally at Go Mama Go!, Touchstone Gallery, Results Gallery, and Moss and Company. He paints at his studio on the banks of the Potomac in West Virginia.
Rod is originally from Pennsylvania, but has lived in Washington, DC since 1987, where he is a co-owner of the non-traditional housewares store Home Rule. |
